Distillery Chocolate

A Still Picture.

Bourbon barrels. They get reused for other spirits as well. And used ones are available in the gift shop for $200

Bottling by hand. It’s a craft distillery after all.

The samples begin…

The familiar I Love Lucy episode precedes the chocolate tour.

Chocolate! There are only 5 workers in the factory, but they make some good chocolate. My favorite, the 72% cacao.

Waiting for the trolley I spotted a Sculpture.

Then the trolley came.

If you look closely you can see the damaged walkway which for some reason fascinated me
