Sometimes the travel meme does not provide a location for stuff. This stuff is photo galleries with photos from diverse geographies and times.
First up, since it starts soon after I got my good camera, Butterflies.

I like to “compose” my photos; look for framing; focus on something in the foreground when it’s about the background and vice versa. But sometimes you just whip off a quick shot as the tour bus slows down. And it comes out ok. St. John the Baptist in Savannah (click to enlarge):
