In contrast to The Exit Not Taken last year, this year we took the exit. Yes, we stayed in the home of Garth Brooks! We know because when we entered Yukon, Oklahoma the sign said “Welcome to Yukon, Home of Garth Brooks.” OK, we stayed at a Fairfield Inn by Marriott… again. This one was on Garth Brooks Blvd.
The sign that really led us to stay in Yukon was this one:
Neighborhood AAA-Approved shop took me right away and we continued our journey. But I’m going to buy an OBDII scanner to read the codes.
Speaking of signs: when a speed limit sign says “SPEED LIMIT 70,” it means 70 is the lower limit, right?
